Iara Pavon is a valued member of the Safi Law Group team, bringing a strong background in administration, customer service, and business operations to her first position in the legal profession.

With experience in organization, records management, and client service, Iara is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for every client. She takes pride in building strong relationships, providing attentive service, and helping clients feel comfortable and supported throughout their interactions with the firm.

Iara’s interest in the legal profession was shaped in part by growing up with a mother who worked as a lawyer. This early exposure gave her an appreciation for the important role lawyers play in helping people navigate challenging circumstances and make a positive difference in their lives.

Passionate about learning and professional growth, Iara approaches her work with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a commitment to excellent client service.

Outside of work, Iara is a second-generation beekeeper and enjoys photography, graphic design, competitive public speaking, and spending time outdoors.
